White balance underwater
Light behaves differently underwater than on land. Besides the distance setting, colours are also different from above water. On the TG-7, you can choose from shallow, medium and deep modes, or select manual mode for complete control over your white balance.
Field sensor system
Of course, the Tough TG-7 has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but it also has multiple field sensors. Thanks to these sensors, you’ll never forget where you took certain photos. This system automatically tracks your movements and links GPS, compass, pressure gauge and temperature data to your photos and videos. So you can relive everything in detail later.
Pro Capture
Press the shutter button halfway down and Pro Capture starts recording at 10fps buffer. As soon as you press the button all the way down, non-stop shooting begins. This is how you capture images you could never capture otherwise.
4K video
Bring your activities to life with 4K video. From stunning, realistic 4k videos to 120fps slow motion videos. As well as high-speed videos. And the mountain just doesn’t fit? Then just switch to vertical mode.
Timelapse in 4K
The OM SYSTEM Tough creates stunning time lapse videos in 4K by taking regular photos over long periods of time. The result is razor-sharp time lapse footage.
Microscope mode
In microscope mode, discover the world of macro photography by taking pictures of subjects from just 1 centimetre away from your lens. This changes your view of the world.
Optional underwater housing
The Tough TG-7 is water-resistant to a depth of as much as 15 metres. But if you want to photograph marine animals, or other subjects, at greater depths, there is the optional PT-059 underwater housing. This is suitable for depths of up to 45 metres.
